Where Our Story Began
Tender Tails was born from the heart of Wags Bakery & Grooming.
As a locally owned pet bakery and grooming business, we have spent years caring for dogs and building relationships with the families who love them.
Every day we meet dogs of all ages, breeds, and personalities. We celebrate their birthdays, provide grooming services that keep them healthy and comfortable, and watch the incredible bond between pets and their people.
Over the years, we began seeing a common challenge.
Some pet owners were struggling financially but still wanted the very best for their dogs.
We met seniors living on fixed incomes, families facing unexpected hardships, individuals recovering from illness, and pet owners navigating difficult life circumstances.
One thing was always clear:
Their love for their dogs never changed.
We realized there were times when a family simply needed a little support to keep their pet healthy and comfortable.
That’s when the idea for Tender Tails was born.
